Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Tiffin website and meal delivery service in Jaipur. By creating an account or placing a booking you accept these terms.

1. The service

• We prepare and deliver 100% vegetarian meals to addresses inside our published Jaipur delivery zones.
• The weekly menu is published in advance and may change for reasons such as ingredient availability; material changes are notified.
• Menu photographs are representative of the dish, not an exact image of the specific portion you receive.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Bookings and cutoff

• Daily bookings must be completed before the published cutoff (currently 5:00 PM IST on the previous day).
• Subscription bookings start on your selected date and run for the plan's active service days, extended by any pause credits.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown before you confirm, including any discounts, credits and taxes. The amount payable is the amount shown at checkout.
• Payment is by UPI. Bookings paid but not yet verified are held as "pending verification" and activate on approval.
• Single-meal (lunch-only or dinner-only) pricing is a percentage of the full plan price, as published on the Plans page.

5. Pauses and credits

• Subscription meals may be paused per the published pause rules before the kitchen locks for that service.
• Paused meals return credits which extend the subscription end date. Credits have no cash value except as covered by the Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

• Delivery windows are estimates. We will keep you informed of significant delays.
• If delivery fails because we cannot reach you at the confirmed address, the meal may be marked failed per the Delivery Policy.

7. Food safety

• Meals are freshly cooked and should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
• Allergen information is listed per meal; meals are prepared in a shared vegetarian kitchen. If you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a meal or delivery is limited to the amount paid for that meal. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
